Personal Information We Collect or Process
When we use the term “personal information,” we are referring to information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you or another person. Personal information does not include information that is collected anonymously or that has been de‑identified, so that it cannot identify or be reasonably linked to you. We may collect or process the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with the Services, where you live, and as permitted or required by applicable law:
Contact details including your name, address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
Financial and payment information including payment method and payment confirmation. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

Device and usage information including information about your device, browser, or network connection, your IP address, and information regarding your interaction with the Services (pages viewed, timestamps, referring URLs).
Shipping and customs information where necessary to deliver your order, which may include recipient identifiers required by carriers or customs authorities in certain destinations (for example, a real‑name/ID number for Mainland China delivery).
Personal Information Sources
We may collect personal information from the following sources:
Directly from you including when you create an account, visit or use the Services, communicate with us, or otherwise provide personal information.
Automatically through the Services including from your device when you visit our website or use our store, and through cookies and similar technologies.
From our service providers including when they enable store functionality or process information on our behalf (e.g., Shopify, payment and fraud‑prevention providers, fulfilment and shipping partners).
From partners or other third parties as permitted by law.
How We Use Your Personal Information
Depending on how you interact with us or which Services you use, we may use personal information for the following purposes:
Provide, tailor, and improve the Services. We use your personal information to provide the Services (perform our contract), process payments, fulfil orders, remember preferences, send notifications related to your account or orders, manage returns/exchanges, enable reviews, and create a customized shopping experience.
Marketing and advertising. We may send marketing or promotional communications (email/SMS/post) and show you online ads on our Services or other websites, including based on activity on the Services. You can opt out or unsubscribe at any time.
Security and fraud prevention. We use personal information to authenticate your account, provide a secure shopping experience, and detect, investigate, or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal, unsafe, or malicious activity.
Communicating with you. We use personal information to provide customer support, be responsive, and maintain our relationship with you.
Legal reasons. We use personal information to comply with law and valid legal process (e.g., tax/accounting, customs/export evidence), to enforce our terms and policies, and to protect our rights and those of our users or others.
(Where required by EEA/UK law, our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and—where applicable—your consent for non‑essential cookies/marketing.)
How We Disclose Personal Information
In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes subject to this Privacy Policy. Such circumstances may include:
With Shopify, vendors and other service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, data analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfilment and shipping).
With business and marketing partners to provide services and advertise to you. Our partners will use your information in accordance with their own privacy notices and your choices.
When you direct or consent to disclosure (e.g., social media widgets, login integrations, shipping carriers).
Within our corporate group/affiliates (if applicable).
For legal and business purposes (e.g., in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy; to comply with legal obligations; to enforce our terms; or to protect our Services, rights, and users).
We do not sell personal information. Where applicable law treats certain data uses as “sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising, you may opt out via our cookie/banner settings or by contacting us.
Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve the platform. Some processing is performed by Shopify as our processor, and some by Shopify as an independent controller (e.g., platform security/fraud prevention or aggregated analytics across merchants). To learn more or to exercise rights with respect to processing for which Shopify is responsible, please see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal.
Third‑Party Websites and Links
The Services may link to websites or platforms operated by third parties. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies. Information you share on third‑party platforms may be viewable by others.
Children’s Data
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it as required by law.
Security and Retention of Your Information
No security measures are perfect; we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” Information sent over the internet may not be secure in transit. Please use unique passwords and keep your credentials safe.
We retain personal information as long as necessary to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including tax/accounting and customs/export record‑keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize data.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as access/know, delete, correct, portability, and to opt out of certain processing (e.g., targeted advertising).
If you reside in the EEA/UK, you may also object to or restrict certain processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local authority. In Austria, this is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (Austrian Data Protection Authority).
You may exercise rights via the mechanisms provided in the Services or by contacting us (see Contact below). For processing where Shopify acts as an independent controller, please use the Shopify Privacy Portal. We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights.
Marketing choices: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in those emails. We may still send non‑promotional messages (e.g., order updates).
International Transfers
We may transfer, store, and process personal information outside your country (including the EEA, UK, US, and Canada). Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and UK equivalents) or adequacy decisions.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on this website and update the “Last updated” date. Additional notice will be provided where required by law.
