Refund policy

General Terms

We offer a 14‑day return period. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to tell us you’d like to return it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags (if any) and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or order number.

How to start a return:
Email collectibliss.vintage@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll reply with instructions.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, returns must be sent back within 14 days after you notify us.

Return shipping costs

Change‑of‑mind / no fault: You pay the return shipping.

Wrong item / not as described / defective on arrival: We will cover reasonable return shipping once approved by email. Please contact us first so we can provide instructions or a return label.

For returns from outside the EU, please mark the parcel “Returned Goods”. Any import fees charged to us due to incorrect declaration may be deducted from your refund.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. If damage appears carrier‑related, keep all packaging for the claim process.

Exceptions / non‑returnable items

Gift cards and downloadable digital products are non‑returnable.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may be returned only if the hygiene seal (if provided) remains intact.

Custom or personalized items (e.g., resized rings, special requests) are non‑returnable unless defective.

Discounted sale items are returnable under the same conditions as regular‑price items unless explicitly described as custom/personalized.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

EU 14‑day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods (change‑of‑mind).

We may make a deduction for any loss in value if the item was handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If you cancel the entire order, we will refund the standard outbound delivery cost (if charged). Any supplementary delivery costs for non‑standard shipping are not refundable.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm approval or denial. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of (a) receiving the returned item or (b) you supplying evidence of having sent it back (whichever we accept first). Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you don’t see the refund, please email collectibliss.vintage@gmail.com.
