This website is operated by Halyna Nosulich, trading as “Collectibliss.” Throughout the site, “Collectibliss,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Halyna Nosulich (sole proprietor) trading as Collectibliss. We offer this website and online store (the “Services”) to you subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and any additional terms, conditions, policies, and notices referenced here or available by hyperlink (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Legal Notice).

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage with the Services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced or linked. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. (and its affiliates), which provides the e‑commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and Services to you. Your contract of sale is with Halyna Nosulich (Collectibliss), not with Shopify.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your place of residence. The Services are not directed to children.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We may refuse or cancel any order before dispatch for reasons including product unavailability or error, suspected fraud or abuse, or orders that, in our reasonable opinion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. We may also limit quantities per person, household, or order. These restrictions can include orders placed under the same customer account, using the same payment method, and/or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout. If you have already been charged, we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions, and to promptly update details (including your email address and payment method) so we can complete your order and contact you as needed.

To the extent permitted by law, we (Collectibliss, Halyna Nosulich) and our employees, agents, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• loss of profit/revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, or

• losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you entered into the contract.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services or products supplied via the Services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collectibliss (Halyna Nosulich) and our agents and service providers from any third‑party claims and reasonable legal fees arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of applicable law, or (c) materials you submit or post that infringe third‑party rights. This indemnity does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, wilful misconduct, or for matters where indemnities are not permitted by law.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms remain in effect unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of the Services and notifying us. We may  terminate or suspend your access with or without notice if, in our reasonable opinion, you materially breach these Terms (for example, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity). You remain liable for amounts due up to the date of termination. If we terminate after you have paid for products not yet dispatched, we will refund those amounts. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual‑property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and refund/returns) will survive termination.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT 

These Terms, together with any policies or rules posted on the site (e.g., Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Impressum/Legal Notice), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. Any ambiguities in these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
