General Conditions

Origin: Orders ship from Austria.

Free Shipping Thresholds (standard service): EU €200+; United States $300+; International (outside EU & US): €225+

How it works: Auto-applied at checkout. Based on merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes/duties. Applies to one shipment/address per order. 

Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed/paid. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.

Tracking: All orders include tracking. We email your tracking number when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Proof of delivery: Once a shipment is shown as delivered to the address provided, risk passes to you. If you can’t locate a delivered parcel, please first check with your household, building reception, or mailroom, then contact the carrier. We’ll assist with a trace where possible. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Carriers & Services

We currently ship with Austrian Post, Hermes, and UPS (UPS available to the USA only). These carriers were chosen for a balance of affordability, reliability, and coverage.

1) Hermes
Used for:

Austria (domestic), and

Many EU countries, including (non‑exhaustive): Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands, Greenland), Germany, Estonia, Finland (excl. Åland), France (excl. overseas territories), Greece, Ireland, Italy (excl. Campione d’Italia, Livigno, San Marino, Vatican City), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (excl. overseas territories), Poland, Portugal (excl. Azores, Madeira), Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excl. Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

2) Austrian Post
Used for all other countries and territories, except the USA. Rates depend on Austrian Post country zones (2, 3, 4, 5) and parcel weight/size. Please consult Austrian Post for zone definitions and current prices (see parcels up to 1 kg if that matches your items).

3) UPS Expedited or UPS Express - the USA only

All U.S. orders are shipped with UPS Expedited service. 
Optional UPS Express is available at checkout for U.S. orders. Estimated transit: 1–5 business days, typically faster than Austrian Post Standard.

Rate updates: Small discrepancies can occur between carrier website prices and our checkout. We review and update our store rates quarterly, which may not always coincide with carrier updates.

Geographical Coverage

We ship to most countries worldwide. Exceptions apply where our carriers are temporarily unable to deliver due to remoteness, natural emergencies, or conflict.
We do not ship to Russia and Belarus, or to Crimea and other temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and the time of day you order. Typical estimates:

EU destinations: around 3-5 business days (sometimes longer depending on route).

Remote or non‑EU destinations: up to 14 business days (varies by country and customs).

We are not responsible for carrier delays (e.g., weather, customs, strikes). If your shipment is delayed, please contact the carrier using your tracking number. If your parcel appears stalled beyond the estimate, email us and we’ll help open an inquiry where possible.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

EU deliveries are duty-free within the EU Customs Union, no customs clearance required.

International orders, including the UK and US orders of any value, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and carrier disbursement/handling fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise, we ship DAP/DDU (Delivered At Place / Duties Unpaid):

The recipient is responsible for any customs charges and import fees assessed on arrival.

We cannot predict or control these charges or clearance times.
Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you’re unsure about potential charges. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We aren’t able to reroute parcels once they are in transit. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship (postage payable) or refund the item price minus original shipping (once received back in original condition, where applicable).
