Antique necklace composed of undrilled amethyst spheres linked in wire settings, a so-called “pool of light” construction. Graduated design with smaller beads rising to larger beads at the center, early 20th century.
Unmarked. Beads confirmed as amethyst with natural inclusions. Wire metal untested, silver tone. Secures with a lobster clasp. Bead count: 31.
Condition
Very good antique condition with natural inclusions and natural surface marks to stones, light age wear and patina to the wire, clasp in working order. Please examine all photos carefully as they are part of the description.
